• Where Do I Start?

Neighborhood, neighborhood, neighborhood! Decide where you want to live! Accessibility, family, life in general. After you’ve found that, you can begin designing with an architect, home design website, etc. The bank and the building department will both require a complete plan before submitting.

• How long does it take to build a custom home?

After a building permit is acquired, a standard 3000sf home should take about 6 months. Being in Washington State, we like to make sure any wet material has a chance to dry completely before covering it up.

• How far will you commute?

Pierce County, South King County (Federal Way, Enumclow), Kitsap County, North Thurston County (Yelm, Roy).

• Can I get an estimate?

Yes! We have plenty of projects in our database to be able to give you a quick ballpark figure by square foot. In order for us to give you a more specific number, we will need more information from the building department, engineer, etc.
